You can't be there, but your gesture can. A few ideas for deliveries between individuals:

  • A surprise present dropped off on the birthday itself.

  • The cake ordered from the pastry shop, delivered to your parents.

  • The keys or the cuddly toy left at friends'.

  • The second-hand furniture bought on the other side of town.

  • A parcel for a loved one in another region, with someone already making the trip.

You propose a price, the Voisigeur accepts it or proposes another, and you pay it directly between you: Voisigo collects nothing. Your recipient follows the delivery from a simple link and lets you know when it arrives.

Frequently asked questions

How do I have a surprise delivered without being there?

Create the shipment in the Voisigo app with the recipient's address, the time slot and the price you propose. A local Voisigeur accepts that price or proposes another, picks up the parcel and hands it over against the code the recipient receives.

Is the recipient notified?

Yes: they receive a tracking link and a handover code. You can also keep the surprise by choosing to tell them yourself.
