Terms of use

Updated on 18 October 2026

These terms govern the use of the voisigo.fr website, the platform and the Voisigo and Voisigo Pro apps (together, “Voisigo”), published by Mohamed Rahmouni, sole trader (trading name “Consultant Web”), who operates the Voisigo brand. Creating an account or ordering a delivery means accepting these terms. The French version prevails.

1. The service

Voisigo is a matching platform: it allows shops (“Pros”) and individuals (“Senders”) to hand a parcel to verified individuals (“Voisigeurs”) who deliver it on their trips, in return for a fee. Voisigo is not a carrier: it organises the matching, payment, tracking and secure handover.

2. Account

  • You must be an adult and provide accurate information. Pros are validated by our team; Voisigeurs have their identity checked before their first mission.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. A code sent by e-mail is required to sign in from a new device and to change your password or bank details: never share it with anyone.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the app or the platform.

3. Ordering a delivery

  • The price is calculated from the distance and the size of the parcel, and shown before ordering. It is paid online (or on a monthly invoice for eligible Pros), depending on who pays: the sender or the recipient.
  • The sender describes the parcel honestly (contents, size, weight) and hands it over in suitable packaging.
  • Prohibited: illegal, dangerous or flammable items, weapons, drugs, live animals, goods requiring a cold chain without prior agreement, and any item whose transport is regulated.

4. Delivering (Voisigeurs)

  • The Voisigeur freely chooses their missions, radius and hours, with no imposed targets. Their earnings are shown before booking.
  • They collect the parcel with the sender's code, carry it with care without opening it, and only hand it over with the recipient's code. If they cannot deliver, they bring it back to the sender.
  • They may release a mission before pickup. Earnings are credited to their kitty after each completed delivery, then transferred to a payment account opened in their name by Voisigo with Stripe, a licensed payment service provider; to that end the Voisigeur completes their profile and accepts Stripe's connected account agreement. They request the payout to their bank account from the app: at most once a month, from €50 (or the remaining balance when they stop). A €2.50 payout fee is deducted, waived with an active paid plan. Voisigo never holds the Voisigeurs' earnings. Each year Voisigo sends the tax authorities a summary of their income, as the law requires.

5. Cancellation and refund

  • A delivery can be cancelled as long as the parcel has not been collected; what was paid is refunded.
  • A delivery no Voisigeur has taken before its date is cancelled and refunded automatically.
  • Once the parcel has been collected, the delivery is completed or the parcel is brought back to the sender.

6. Plans

Paid plans add services (discounts, statistics, import, API, assistant…). They have no commitment: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Plan prices for Pros exclude VAT.

7. Incidents

A delay, a damaged or lost parcel is reported from the app or the tracking page. Our team reviews each report with the available evidence (codes, times, photos, messages) and gets back to the people concerned.

8. Conduct and messages

Exchanges between users go through Voisigo; contact details are hidden. Abusive, discriminatory or fraudulent behaviour, or bypassing the platform, may lead to the account being suspended.

9. Liability

Voisigo takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability and security of the service, but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. Each user is responsible for the information they provide and for the parcels they hand over or carry.

10. Personal data

See the privacy policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If there is a problem, contact support first: support@voisigo.fr. Consumers may use the consumer mediator CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, phone +33 1 89 47 00 14, free of charge, by filing a request at https://www.cm2c.net or by post, after first sending a written complaint to support.
