Delete your Voisigo account

This page covers the voisigo.com website, the Plateforme and the Voisigo app, published by Mohamed Rahmouni, sole trader (trade names « Consultant Web » and « Ramira Lab »), who runs the Voisigo brand. You can delete your account at any time, without reinstalling the app.

Request the deletion

Enter your account's e-mail address. If an account uses it, you will receive a link to confirm the deletion (valid for 60 minutes). Nothing is deleted before you confirm.

No longer have access to this address? Write to contact@voisigo.fr with the account's name and phone number: we check that it is really you, then delete the account within one month at most.

The other ways to delete your account

  • In the Voisigo app: Profile tab, at the bottom of the screen › « Delete my account ».
  • On the Plateforme (voisigo.com/plateforme): My account › « Close my account » › « Delete my account ».

You confirm with your password; if your account was opened with Google or Apple, with a code or a link sent to your e-mail address. The deletion is immediate.

It is not possible while a delivery is in progress, while money is still to be paid or refunded to you, or while a subscription has not been cancelled: the page tells you what to do first. A business account is closed with our team.

What is erased

  • Your first and last name, e-mail address, phone, addresses, photo, bio, vehicle and preferences.
  • Your documents and proofs, your bank details, your favourites.
  • Your app sessions, your recognised devices, the notification tokens and the link with your Google or Apple account.
  • The history of your former addresses, e-mails and phone numbers.

What is kept, and for how long

The account is not erased row by row: it becomes « Deleted account », with no name or contact details, so that the records the law requires us to keep stay accurate.

  • Invoices, receipts, accounting entries and payments (subscriptions, Stripe transactions, transfers): 10 years, accounting obligation.
  • Evidence of the country used for VAT (country of the IP address, the card, the address): 10 years, tax obligation.
  • If you earned income as a Voisigeur: date of birth, tax number, tax address and SIRET, for the time of the annual report to the tax authorities and its audit (10 years at most).
  • Past deliveries, messages and reviews: kept without your name (« Deleted account »), for the other members' history and the handling of disputes.
  • Sign-in log: 7 days; API calls: 30 days; then erased automatically.
